The staff was very helpful and the salesman that assisted my mother; who is a regular customer, and I; was awesome. His name is Daniel. I Bought an oversized leather ottoman from their clearance section and a queen sized bedframe, back in July 2017 and it was worth the talk down of price I got it for. Very clean store. Huge inventory for your home.

Everyone was very very patient, and nice. We couldn't make up our minds, and our sales person, Justin, had the patience and understanding of our mind changing. Had to rewrite the future order several times and didn't mind at all, the lady's in the credit dept. Was very friendly and loved to laugh.. All in all, we are very happy with our selection and service. Thanks y'all.

This is not the location that is closest to us, but this location has the best selection. We bought a dual LazyBoy recliner that was on sale. Very happy with the price and the recliner. MOST IMPORTANT, ask for Buster, he's great. He is a "mature" guy who has been in the furniture business forever. He is a straight shooter who will serve you like your the client not the sale. Old school service, he's GREAT!

The customer service is all around Perfect and the Price. They really go beyond and helping you find the perfect match for what you are looking for to fit your needs. They even changed pillows on each set that I wanted to get the perfect picture of how it will look for my living room. Thank you Schewel Furniture will be coming back again. 💯⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐💯

Great customer service! Happy with our purchase, I don't feel overcharged at all like some companies! Great experience! Will be back! And then in a moments time everything changed and I was in financial trouble and I missed my last payment and they showed up and took it all back. The man that came to get the stuff felt terrible, I knew he was just doing his job. I was devastated and I didn’t reach out and tell the company what was happening so I will take blame for that but I was going through a difficult situation and it’s hard to communicate especially if you have social anxiety issues as I do. And I was blown away bc it was a bed that me and my family and dogs had slept on for almost a year and they took it to do what with it? Yes it had a mattress cover and no damage, it looked new but still , it had our germs etc on it so does the company destroy the mattress or does it go on sale?? Bet I won’t ever do that again Before all that happened though they were pleasant to deal with however I never missed a payment and then right before I was going to have it paid off they took it back! Mind blowing experience and I get why they took it I should’ve communicated more and maybe it would have been different

As I've mentioned before, the staff at the Suffolk, VA Main Street Schewels has always been wonderful to us. We have purchased several items from them and plan to continue to do business with them. We especially enjoy the confidence we have in Buster. He has never led us wrong.

Their salesperson Buster was very knowledgable and he let me browse for what I want d. When I found it he was efficient in locating the availability and answered all my questions. This is the third time we have purchased living room furniture from Schewels. I would go back again.

Buster is by far the most helpful and knowledgeable salesman of furniture. He is not pushy, if you go in there talk to him, tell him exactly what you can spend and what your needing. Schewels has a real gem with him. I've lived here since 2003, and they are the best to work with your budget really nice furniture. I told Buster I was looking for a dresser and a chest of drawers, but I was on a small budget, he called me later that morning told me he had a chest of drawers for 98.00, as grandparents raising grandchildren I was so grateful and blessed by Buster and Schewels. Even the women in the office said I got a great deal. And to think I was embarrassed to tell Buster my budget. He didn't laugh he said I'll see what comes in. I've bought from them in the past, I'm in need of bedroom furniture I'll be back.
